- 12 Oysters – Fresh & Saline
- 8 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 minced shallot
- Seeds of 1/2 Pomegranate
- Freshly grinded black pepper
Instructions:
- Get the seeds of the Pomegranate (or use ready to use Pomegranate seeds)
- Mix the red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, minced shallot and pomegranate seeds
- Bring to taste with pepper
- Open the oysters. Drain a bit of the oyster liquor
- Put 1 tsp pomegranate vinaigrette on each oyster
