Pomegranate Vinaigrette

  • 12 Oysters – Fresh & Saline
  • 8 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 minced shallot
  • Seeds of 1/2 Pomegranate
  • Freshly grinded black pepper

Instructions:

  • Get the seeds of the Pomegranate (or use ready to use Pomegranate seeds)
  • Mix the red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, minced shallot and pomegranate seeds
  • Bring to taste with pepper
  • Open the oysters. Drain a bit of the oyster liquor
  • Put 1 tsp pomegranate vinaigrette on each oyster
