Greta Garbo Oysters
Ingredients for 6:
- 6 oysters
- The juice of half a lemon or lime
- 6 slices of smoked salmon, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup of sour cream
- Fresh chives, chopped
- Red caviar
Preparation:
Open the oysters, and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Put some strips of smoked salmon on top of each one, and then, on top of that, a little sour cream.
Garnish each oyster with some red caviar, and some of the chopped chives. Serve them arranged on a bed of ice, and luxuriate in every taste as you eat!
