Norwegian Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 12 fresh oysters: crisp and saline
- ½ green apple (finely chopped)
- ½ finely chopped shallot
- 8 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Fresh grinded black pepper
Instructions:
- Mix the apple, shallot with the apple cider vinegar
- Bring to taste with the black pepper
- Open the oysters and drain a bit of the oyster liquor
- Put a theespoon of Norwegian Vinaigrette on each oyster
